"There is no ‘walked in’ but thru’ prior bookings in order to experience at Datai Resort. The customer service was excellence, 1st class. We had our hi-tea at the lounge overlooking the panoramic view of the lush greenery and Teluk Datai. I love the concept of wood architecture."

"Had breakfast here for 4 days. The selection of the food is not that big but mostly with decent taste and quality. They make the best bread in house. Had dinner one time and loved the food but but the lamp meet soup as meat wasn’t at acceptable quality. I was expecting better service keeping in consideration “The top hotel in Langkawi”"

"Nice vibe and cosy place for breakfast. Open area and close to the nature. Good selection of food from the breakfast buffet and can order made to order food from breakfast menu. Staff are curteous, attentive and friendly."

"I’m not sure how to express my love for this space, definitely my favorite at the Datai and I’m happy I got to eat there at different times of the day. I was hoping to try Char Kway Teow since I didn’t get the chance back in KL and I don’t regret ordering, it was a really delicious dish along with a mocktail. Despite not having noticed they came back with a new mocktail saying that they had forgotten to add mango, quite thoughtful. Next up I went for dinner later that day and chose the Well-Being Menu and well, I believe my best meal at the Datai. Everything was superb, the Coconut Mustard Cream Sauce was woah… I thought I didn’t like mustard, maybe I should really give it a try. The breakfast was great too, we usually wake up early so we never experienced lines which was good. I like to experience home dishes so I really enjoyed the Chapati and the Nasi Goreng among other plates served there."

"Last night i had the 10 course menu. Incredible good food. One of the best meals i had in a long time and that includes 2 and 3 star michelin restaurants . If you visit LangKawi, make sure to get a table here! Also the service was really great. Nice people!"
